Book project created based on the essay Transparency is Inevitable by Daniel Goleman.
The essay points to the prospect that in the future, when information about the origin of products is readily available to the average consumer, not only will people be more informed about what they are paying for but the companies that produce goods will be more responsible in their manufacturing. He closes the essay by stating that consumerism is just another form of democracy and we vote with out wallets every day. As the Coffee Cup poster asks – Do you know what you are paying for?
